01 -  Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Arrange frozen waffle-cut potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crisp. 
 02 -  Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. For a vegetarian option, warm black beans in a saucepan for 3 to 5 minutes until heated through. 
 03 -  Transfer hot waffle fries to a large oven-safe platter. Evenly distribute cooked beef or beans over fries. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. 
 04 -  Return platter to oven and broil on high for 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese is fully melted. 
 05 -  Garnish with diced tomato and red bell pepper. Serve immediately while hot.
