01 -  Place tortillas on a clean work surface. 
 02 -  Evenly spread softened cream cheese over each tortilla using a spatula. 
 03 -  Layer turkey slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped spinach or arugula on top of the cream cheese. 
 04 -  Tightly roll up each tortilla and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. 
 05 -  Arrange pinwheels in an airtight container until ready to serve.
