01 -  Combine chicken thighs, pineapple salsa, and lime juice in a mixing bowl or zip-top bag. Toss thoroughly to coat each piece, then let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor. 
 02 -  Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. 
 03 -  Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill or sear each thigh for 8 to 10 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 
 04 -  Transfer chicken to a clean plate and allow it to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. 
 05 -  Sprinkle grilled chicken with chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with rice, salad, or additional pineapple salsa as desired.
