01 -  Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottoms of two serving glasses or bowls. 
 02 -  Distribute half of the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layers. 
 03 -  Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries in each serving container. 
 04 -  Repeat the yogurt, berries, and granola layers with remaining ingredients, then drizzle honey over the top. 
 05 -  Serve parfaits immediately for crunch, or refrigerate briefly for a chilled dessert.
