 02 -  Evenly distribute the sliced apples in a small baking dish. 
 03 -  In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, ground cinnamon, honey, and melted butter. Mix with a spoon or spatula until the mixture reaches a crumbly texture. 
 04 -  Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apples in the baking dish. 
 05 -  Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until the topping is golden and apples are bubbling. 
 06 -  Serve the apple cinnamon crisp warm, optionally garnished with Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
