01 -  Arrange flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in a second, and seasoned breadcrumbs in a third bowl. 
 02 -  Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, dip into beaten egg, and then press into breadcrumbs until evenly covered. 
 03 -  Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes. Spray the basket and both sides of the breaded cutlets with cooking spray. 
 04 -  Arrange chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. 
 05 -  Serve hot, optionally with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
