01 -  In a soup pot, combine wild rice soup and whole milk. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is almost simmering. 
 02 -  Add shredded cooked chicken, shredded carrots, and diced celery to the pot. Stir gently and simmer for 10 minutes, or until vegetables become tender. 
 03 -  Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Ladle hot soup into bowls and serve immediately.
