01 -  In a medium mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk until smooth. 
 02 -  Gradually add flour to the wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Do not overmix. 
 03 -  Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter. 
 04 -  Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 
 05 -  Arrange pancakes on a plate and top generously with sliced banana and berries. Serve warm.
