# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • They're crispy on the outside without the heaviness of deep-fried versions, so you can eat more without guilt.
  • The whole batch comes together in under 40 minutes, making them perfect for those moments when guests arrive sooner than expected.
  • One recipe makes 24 bites, so whether you're feeding a crowd or just want leftovers to reheat, you're covered.
02 -
  • Don't skip the egg wash—it's what transforms these from pale and dull to golden and appetizing, and it keeps them sealed tight.
  • The flip halfway through is non-negotiable; it ensures even browning on both sides instead of pale spots that feel soft instead of crispy.
03 -
  • Use a small brush or your fingers to apply egg wash—too much makes them soggy, too little means they'll crack open during cooking.
  • If your wrappers start drying out while you're rolling, cover the stack with a damp cloth so they stay pliable and easy to work with.
